- Who we are. FireTech Roundtable, run by technicians and coordinated by InspectSync, LLC. Questions go to hello@firetechroundtable.com.
- What we collect. What you put in the signup form: your name, email, optional mobile number, state, role, years in the trade, what you work on, NICET level if you give it, company size, your company name, the app you use, and anything you write in the comment box. We also record the date you joined, the page that referred you, and your IP address to block spam.
- How we use it. To run the Roundtable: to confirm you're a real person, to invite you to review rounds, and to publish combined results. We email you about the Roundtable. We don't send you ads.
- What we never do. We never sell your information. We never share your contact information with a software company, a distributor, or your employer. Your contact information is never passed to InspectSync's sales or marketing team, or any other software company's, or used to market software to you.
- What shows up publicly. Only the display name you choose (full name, initials, or handle) and what you write in a review. Combined results never include contact information. Your company name is never published.
- How long we keep it. For as long as you're a member. Email us and we'll delete your membership and contact information within 30 days.
- Cookies. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that protects the signup form. No advertising or tracking cookies.
